The process from start to finish was very easy. The rep on the home visit went through different scenarios with me and tried to give me different options to stay on budget. Once we made a decision, the staff followed up in a timely manner. They explained each step of the process so it would go smoothly. The installation was quick and they cleaned up well. We’re very happy with the results.

I couldn’t be happier with my window purchase from Residential Home Solutions. I bought an old home with old windows that I couldn’t even open. I wasn’t thinking about only replacing a handful of windows but decided to do all of them and it was by far the best purchase I’ve ever made! Not only is it nice to have functioning windows and getting fresh air in the house, but the house has been DRASTICALLY cooler this summer since getting the new windows! I don’t have AC and haven’t even felt the need for it yet. Can’t wait to see how much warmer the house is during the winter. And on top of it all, the windows are absolutely beautiful! My representative, Dylan, was so incredibly nice and helpful. The install team was fast, professional and polite. I am truly so happy with this investment in my home!

From start to finish it was great. first of all you picked up the phone and called, set the appointment, the sales guy was here on time and not pushy.

When we called back and agreed with the purchase you had the product here at the house in a timely fashion. Your installers were kind, friendly, professional and fast. Had the whole house done in half a day.

Special thanks to sales rep Dylan Averett. He actually stopped by the day before installation to take down existing hardware in preparation for workmen. And this was Memorial Day - yes, really. He had said he was a man of his work and he is. Earlier on in my decision process, I had asked him what will happen if there is some sort of glitch during or after installation. He said mistakes do happen but will always be made right. Well, there was a relatively minor glitch with the screen door of the slider so I called upon him again and the bottom line is the company replaced it with a new one. Many thanks also to installers and office folks who were always cordial and helpful. This was a big purchase for me and I am so pleased with it. 

Experience has been excellent. Sales was very clear and answered all our questions. Alex did a great job on installation and was incredibly personable and kind. Overall we are very happy!

Alex was very polite. We had a slight problem with the bottom outside sill of a window. He alerted me of the problem, repaired it and made it right. I appreciate the communication and the workmanship that Alex performed.
